Revolucionarna nova funkcionalnost Google Maps aplikacije – 3D navigacija

Google Maps has recently launched a revolutionary new feature that will completely change the way users navigate while driving – 3D navigation. This functionality allows users to explore three-dimensional objects to help them better navigate from point A to point B.

In response to user feedback regarding the recent changes in the application that resulted in reduced visibility during navigation, the Google Maps team quickly responded by introducing this innovative feature that will undoubtedly enhance the user experience.

While 3D navigation has been available in Google Maps for certain cities in Serbia for some time, it is now integrated into the navigation system, allowing users to clearly see the objects they need to follow for the correct route.

It is important to note that 3D navigation is only available in the default map view and not in satellite mode. Objects are displayed in gray color, with accurate dimensions and simple shapes. When objects obstruct the route or road, they become transparent. However, it should be taken into consideration that the effectiveness and level of detail may vary depending on the specific location, with Belgrade currently being the most detailed city.

How to Activate 3D Navigation in the Google Maps App?

Activating 3D navigation in the Google Maps app is simple. First, tap the layers icon on the right side of the screen, then select the 3D option in map details. After that, enter the desired destination in the search field and start navigation. That’s all it takes.

NOTE: Although this feature is already available to some users, it appears that it is not yet available to everyone. Google has not made any official announcements regarding the implementation of this new functionality, so we do not have additional information on when it will be available to all users.
